This is how we attempt to distract John while we cook over at Nana and Papa's house. Sometimes, like in this picture it works. Most times, dismal failure...he spends the time trying to climb up my legs. Anyone know how to turn off the mommymagnet that is obviously deeply imbeded in every baby? It only comes on when I'm trying to get something accomplished. Like right now in trying to post some pictures. He's pulling on the laptop screen. Aaaahhh!

Her mostest favorite-est activity. Writing. She looooves to write. And she loves for whoever is around her to write..."Nana. Write John-john. Write daddy. Write mommy". I figure we've probably got some sort of future novelist or artist or political cartoonist on our hands.
